Adam C. Starr has over 15 years of commercial brokerage experience specializing in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties. In August 2005, Adam returned to Brenner Real Estate Group from Trammell Crow Company to spearhead the conversions and sales of three office condominium properties within Broward County. Over the course of three years, Adam successfully negotiated the sales of over 195,000 square feet of office condominium product, with total sales volume in excess of $34,000,000. Adam currently handles the marketing and leasing of approximately 450,000 square feet of Class A and B office buildings within South Florida, as well as continuously growing his tenant representation practice, specializing in law and financial service firms. Additionally, Adam is involved in transacting the purchase and sale of office and industrial buildings for both buyers and sellers. Adam consistently is one of the top producers for the firm and based on his production over the last three years, was recently promoted to the position of Senior Vice President.
While at Trammell Crow Company as Senior Associate, Adam was responsible for the project leasing and marketing of over one million square feet of office and industrial properties within North Broward and South Palm Beach counties. Within this capacity, Adam represented Pacific-Asset Management Corporation and was the exclusive leasing representative of their 945,000-square-foot South Florida office and industrial portfolio. Prior to his employment at Trammell Crow Company, Adam was an Associate with Brenner Real Estate Group and provided commercial brokerage for Zenith Realty Investments and Saw-Ban, Ltd. While at Brenner Real Estate Group, Adam was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1999, Most Leasing Transactions in 2001, and Highest Gross Commissions in 2002.
Adam's production over his career has earned him the Annual CoStar Power Broker Award six times. Adam has previously served as a Director for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the former co-chair of the Annual NAIOP Broward County Bus Tour, and a member of the South Florida Office Brokers Association (SFOBA). Originally from New York City, Adam resides in Boca Raton.
