BRENNER REAL ESTATE GROUP REPORTS BUILDING SALE, FIVE LEASES IN SOUTH BROWARD COUNTY

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - Brenner Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale, has handled a building sale and five commercial leases throughout southern Broward County.

Jeffrey Scott, Senior Vice President, Brokerage, handled the following building sale:

*Primary Source, Inc. has purchased a 12,834 SF industrial/flex building at 4900 NE 11th Ave., Oakland Park, FL in a relocation from Fort Lauderdale. Primary Source is a wholesaler of high end batteries for cell phones, computers and electronic systems. According to Mr. Scott, the company wished to own their own building instead of leasing. Mr. Scott represented the buyer. The sellor, 4900 Bldg, LLC, was represented by Patrick Conness of Stiles Realty.

Suzanne Lopez, Commercial Associate, and Kathleen Alberts, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Brokerage, were responsible for the following new lease:

*1050 Auto Collision, Inc. has leased 8,942 SF of industrial space within 1201 N. 21 Ave., Hollywood, FL. Ms. Lopez and Ms. Alberts represented the tenant. The landlord, Broward Realty Limited Partnership, represented itself.

Kathleen Alberts, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Brokerage, and Helen Weissman, Commercial Associate, handled the following new lease:

*Freedom Medical, Inc., a medical equipment distributor in operation for 10 years, has leased 6,135 SF of industrial space within Waterside Commerce Park, 1167 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Sunrise, FL, as a regional headquarters location. Ms. Alberts and Ms. Weissman represented the tenant. The landlord, Waterside Commerce Park, LLC, represented itself.

Helen Weissman, Commercial Associate, handled the following new leases:

*Sice Inc., A Foreign Corp., a telecommunications company in operation for ten years, has leased 2,810 SF of industrial space within Davie Commerce Center, 6800 SW 21 Ct., Davie, FL. Ms Weissman represented the tenant. The landlord, Matecumbe Rand, LLC, was represented by Pat Montalbano of Montalbano and Associates.

*OIC Tech Solutions has leased 650 SF of office space within 7900 Nova Drive, Davie, FL. Ms. Weissman represented the tenant. The landlord, MPC Management Corp., represented itself.

Peter Messina, CCIM, SFR, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, was responsible for the following new lease:

*JDJ Consulting Group, Inc. has leased 760 SF of office space within the Davie Professional Building, 4175 Davie Road, Davie, FL. Mr. Messina was transaction broker representing both the landlord, Davie Professional Building, Inc, and the tenant.
