Brenner Real Estate Group Reports Full Building Lease, Land Sale, Condo Sale And Office/Flex Lease

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - Brenner Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with offices in Melbourne, FL, has announced the following transactions in Broward County:

 

Kathleen Alberts, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, and Helen Weissman, CCIM, Commercial Associate, were responsible for the following lease:

*Phyl’s Academy PreSchools, Inc., a private school, has leased the 19,909 SF former Temple Beth Am building located at 7205 Royal Palm Boulevard, Margate, FL. Ms. Alberts and Ms. Weissman represented the landlord Temple Beth Am. The tenant was represented by co-broker Marvin Levin of Sunbelt Business Brokers of South Florida.

 

Glenn Lazarus, CCIM, MAI, Managing Director of Brenner Real Estate Group, and Scott Brenner, Esq., CCIM, SIOR, RPA, CAM, President/Broker, were responsible for the following land sale:

*Weitzer Aventura, LLC has purchased 1 acre of land located at 2600 NE 212th Terrace, Aventura, FL, with the intent to develop townhomes on the property. Mr. Lazarus and Mr. Brenner represented the seller, Great Florida Bank. The buyer represented itself.

 

Peter Messina, CCIM, SFR, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, was responsible for the following sale:

               *440 Sawgrass Corporate, LLC has purchased a 5,059 SF office condominium within Sawgrass Executive Center B, 440 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Sunrise, FL. The condominium is currently leased for three years. According to Mr. Messina, the buyer owns other units within the condominium property and purchased the condominium as an investment.  Mr. Messina represented the seller, Pacific Pay Holdings, LLC. The buyer was represented by Carmen Osorio of US1 Florida Realty. Purchase price was $500,000.

 

            Kathleen Alberts, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, Suzanne Lopez, Commercial Associate, and Helen Weissman, CCIM, Commercial Associate, were responsible for the following lease:

 

            *Clarke Waste Systems, Inc. has leased 7,500 SF of office/showroom/flex space within Crystal Park, Building #4, 1907 NW 40th Court, Pompano Beach, FL. Ms. Alberts, Ms. Lopez and Ms. Weissman represented the landlord, Sterling Properties FLA.  Co-broker representing the tenant was Robert Mion of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.
