*Nationwide Payment Systems, Inc. has renewed its lease of 1,771 SF of flex space within Cypress Commons, 1500 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Ms. Lopez and Ms. Alberts represented the landlord, Cypress Commons, LLC. The tenant represented themselves.
Jeffrey Scott, Senior Vice President, negotiated the following new lease:
*Scott Fried & Terri Dillon have leased Building #2 within Independence Park, 1865 South Powerline Road, Deerfield Beach, FL. Building #2 is a 4,200 SF industrial building. The tenants will use the space with its multiple drive-in bays and overhead doors for an auto repair service. Mr. Scott represented the landlord, Mancini Development, IP, LLC. The tenant represented themselves.
