The property will be used for a new 60,000 SF build-to-suit building to be used as a GSA Social Security facility. Sale price of the property was $3,500,000.
*Federation Holdings II, LLC: Bert Freehof, Vice President, Brokerage, and Scott Brenner, CCIM, SIOR, RPA, President of Brenner Real Estate Group, in joint venture with Doug Mandel of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Federation Holdings II, LLC in the sale of 6.6 acres of vacant land located at the northeast corner of NW 11 Place and NW 66 Avenue in Plantation, FL. The buyer was the City of Plantation. The property is intended for the expansion of the city’s adjacent waste water treatment plant. The transaction is valued at $2,475,000.
