*Andrew Lee, P.A., a law office, has leased a 743 SF office condominium within University Place, 5220 South University Drive, Davie, FL in a relocation of its offices from Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Messina represented the landlord, Amical Enterprises, Inc. The tenant was represented by Co-Broker Jorge Jimenez of the Jimenez Group Real Estate, Inc.
Helen Weissman, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, handled the following transaction:
*TG Wireless, LLC, has sub-leased 2,500 SF of industrial warehouse space within the 4028 Building, 4028 N. 29 Avenue, Hollywood, FL in a relocation from within Hollywood for its corporate headquarters. Ms. Weissman represented the sub-tenant as well as the sub-landlord, TM International Investments, LLC.
