Brenner Real Estate Group Reports Citibank Lease, Four Renewal Additional Palm Beach Transactions

            FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - Brenner Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale, has announced new leases and lease renewals in Palm Beach County.
            Adam Starr, Vice President – Commercial Brokerage,and Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager, were responsible for the following lease renewal:
 
            *Citibank, N.A., a 40-year-old commercial bank, has renewed and extended its lease of 4,884 SF of bank office space for a total of 11 years within The Fountains at Camino, 7400 West Camino Real, Boca Raton, FL. Mr. Starr and Ms. Collins represented the landlord, CB Camino Real, LLC. The tenant was represented by Scott Allen of CB Richard Ellis.
            Adam Starr, Vice President – Commercial Brokerage, provided tenant rep services for the following retail lease:
            *Peter J. Vapnek, DC, PA, a chiropractor in practice for 15 years, has leased 2,000 SF of retail space within Bed Bath & Beyond Plaza, 14836 Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL. Mr. Starr represented the tenant. The landlord, ReCor Realty Advisors, LLC represented themselves.
            Adam Starr, Vice President – Commercial Brokerage,and Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager, were responsible for the following transactions:
 
            *Andrew Levy, D.V.M., P.A., a veterinarian in practice for 25 years, has renewed his lease of 1,835 SF of retail space within West Boca Plaza, 23053 State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL. Mr. Starr and Ms. Collins represented the landlord, Sandalfoot Plaza Associates, LLC. The tenant represented himself.
            *3D Learner, Inc. an educational child enrichment center in operation for 15 years, has renewed its lease of 1,585 SF of office space for its corporate headquarters within The Fountains at Camino, 7100 W. Camino Real, Boca Raton, FL. Mr. Starr and Ms. Collins represented the landlord, CB Camino Real, LLC. The tenant represented themselves.
            *Boca Pawn & Jewelry, Inc., a pawn shop in operation for five years, has renewed its lease of 835 SF of retail space within West Boca Plaza, 22995 State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL. Mr. Starr and Ms. Collins represented the landlord, Sandalfoot Plaza Associates, LLC. The tenant represented themselves.
