Brenner Real Estate Group Expands Property Management And Owner Rep Portfolios With Seven South Florida Properties

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL  -  Brenner Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale, has recently been selected to provide property management and leasing services for seven properties throughout South Florida.

            Scott Brenner, Esq., CCIM, SIOR, RPA, President/Broker of Brenner Real Estate Group, has announced the following contracts in Boca Raton, FL:
 
            *Property Management and Leasing Agreement: Bank of America Building
            Brenner Real Estate Group has been selected to provide property management and leasing services for the 43,508 SF, three-story Bank of America building located on four acres at 23123 State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL. The property was built in 1981 and is zoned for office and medical use with available bays ranging from 445 to 6,063 SF. Brenner’s Adam Starr, Vice President/Brokerage and Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager, will represent the property for lease for owner G&G Enterprises. Property management will be handled by Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager, and Wendy Monjaraz, Property Manager.
 
            * Property Management and Leasing Agreement: West Boca Plaza
            Brenner Real Estate Group has been chosen to provide property management and leasing services for the 67,018 SF, one-story retail center known as West Boca Plaza, located at 22973-23071 State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL. The property, anchored by Publix, was built in 1980 and is owned by Sandalfoot Associates. Brenner’s Adam Starr, Vice President/Brokerage and Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager will represent the property for lease, with suites available from 1,085 to 6,440 SF. Property management will be handled by Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager, and Wendy Monjaraz, Property Manager.
 
            * Property Management and Leasing Agreement: Hillsboro I & Hillsboro II
            Brenner Real Estate Group has entered property management and leasing agreements for Hillsboro I, a 22,749 SF one-story retail property located at 22749 S. State Road 7, and for Hillsboro II, a 12,307 SF one-story retail property located at 22797 S. State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL. Notable tenants include Dunkin Donuts and Benjamin Moore Paints.  Hillsboro I was built in 1979 and Hillsboro II was built in 1976.  The properties, owned by G&G Enterprises, are currently 100% occupied. Property management will be handled by Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager, and Wendy Monjaraz, Property Manager.
 
            * Property Management and Leasing Agreement: Plum Tree Center
            Brenner Real Estate Group will provide property management and leasing services for Plum Tree Center, a 41,791SF one story flex property owned by Berkadia located at 3350 NE Boca Raton Blvd., Boca Raton, FL. Suites are available for lease ranging from 624 SF to 3,340 SF. Brenner’s Suzanne Lopez, Commercial Associate, and Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager, will represent the property for lease. Property management will be handled by Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager, and Wendy Monjaraz, Property Manager.
 
            *Property Management and Leasing Agreement: Plum Park I and Plum Park II
            Brenner Real Estate Group has been selected to provide property management and leasing services for Plum Park I & II, a seven building, one-story professional campus located at 141 NW 20th Street, Boca Raton, FL totaling 80,795 SF plus a future 11,925 SF building. The property is currently 83% occupied, with suites available for lease from 754 to 7,572 SF. Brenner’s Adam Starr, Vice President/Brokerage and Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager will represent the property for lease on behalf of ownership Plum Park I, LC and Plum Park II, LC. Property management will be handled by Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager, and Wendy Monjaraz, Property Manager.
            The following contract was announced by Brenner Real Estate Group in Delray Beach, FL:
            *Property Management and Leasing Agreement: Tropic Square
            Brenner Real Estate Group has entered property management and leasing agreements for Tropic Square, a 17,720 SF one-story retail property owned by 1911 Associates located at 1911 S. Federal Highway, Delray Beach, FL. The property has suites available for lease ranging from 746 to 2,328 SF. Brenner’s Adam Starr, Vice President/Brokerage and Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager will represent the property for lease. Property management will be handled by Roxanna Collins, Regional Asset Manager, and Wendy Monjaraz, Property Manager.
            The following contract was announced by Brenner Real Estate Group in Davie, FL:           
            *Property Management Agreement: Margolis Funeral Home
            On May 6, 2011, Brenner Real Estate Group secured a property management agreement with owner All Three, Ltd. for Joseph Scarano Funeral Home, a 100% leased 5,000 SF property located at 6970 Sterling Road, Davie, FL.
