Brenner Real Estate Group Reports 30,000 SF Lease, Other Broward Transactions

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL  - Brenner Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale, has announced new leases and lease renewals in Broward County.

            Helen Weissman, Commercial Associate, negotiated the following lease:

            *Noble Enterprise Transport, Inc. has leased 30,000 SF of industrially-zoned land at 2011 NW 33 Court, Pompano Beach, FL for outside truck parking. Ms. Weissman represented the landlord, Kinsail North, LLC. The tenant represented themselves.

             Jeffrey Scott, Senior Vice President, Brokerage, was responsible for the following transaction:

            *Half Price Kitchen Bath and Granite, LLC, a five-year-old supplier of kitchen cabinets and marble countertops, has leased 3,000 SF of office/industrial space within a freestanding building located at 1540 W. Powerline Road, Pompano Beach, FL. According to Mr. Scott, the tenant will use the space for showroom and offices, and chose the property for its Powerline Road frontage and storage capability for marble slabs. Mr. Scott represented the tenant. The landlord, Holly Hill, LLC, represented themselves.

             Kathleen Alberts, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Brokerage, and Suzanne Lopez, Commercial Associate, were responsible for the following lease renewal:

             *ANJ, Inc., a machine shop, has renewed its lease of 1,600 SF of flex space within Cypress Commons, 1500 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Ms. Alberts and Ms. Lopez represented the landlord, Cypress Commons, LLC. The tenant represented themselves.

            Peter Messina, SFR, CPMS, CRIS, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, handled the following lease:

             *DDCLA, Inc., a photography studio, has leased 1,132 SF of office space at the 1215 SE 2nd Avenue Building, 1215 SE 2nd Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL. According to Mr. Messina, the property’s design reminiscent of an “Old Florida” home made it an ideal location for the photography studio. Mr. Messina represented the tenant. The Landlord, Bayou Meto, Inc. represented themselves.

             Helen Weissman, Commercial Associate, and Suzanne Lopez, Commercial Associate, handled the following new lease:

            *Erma J. Wilson has leased 500 SF of office space within 5701 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, FL. Ms. Weissman and Ms. Lopez represented the landlord, Elite Real Estate and Development Corp. The tenant represented itself.
