Brenner Real Estate Group Reports Retail and Industrial Leases From Melbourne to Jacksonville

MELBOURNE, FL -  Brenner Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale with offices in Melbourne, FL at 6767 N. Wickham Rd., #400, has announced a retail lease, industrial lease and several commercial lease renewals stretching from Melbourne, FL to Jacksonville.

             Bert Freehof, Vice President, was responsible for the following lease:

            *Save-A-Lot, a discount grocery store, has leased the 12,211 SF Family Dollar Center retail building, 10690 Lem Turner Road, Jacksonville, FL. According to Mr. Freehof, the tenant chose the property for its appropriate demographics, property access, size and lease rate. Mr. Freehof represented the seller, SHRI, LLC. Co-broker representing the tenant was Catherine Childers of Childers Commercial Properties, Inc.

             Suzanne Lopez, Commercial Associate, and Helen Weissman, Commercial Associate, were responsible for the following industrial lease:

             *John Deere Landscapes, Inc. has leased 6,600 SF of warehouse space at 3163 SE Lionel Terrace, Stuart, FL. Ms. Lopez and Ms. Weissman represented the tenant. The landlord, Margaret A. Malle, was represented by David Christenson of Christenson Commercial Real Estate.

             Carla Casey, Regional Manager, Property Management, and Colette Wood, Commercial Leasing and Sales, were responsible for the following transactions:

             *Journey  Church has renewed its lease of 3,600 SF of retail space within The Centre at Suntree, 6300 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL. Ms. Casey and Ms. Wood represented the landlord, Golden Triangle Realty, LLC. The tenant represented itself.

             *Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., financial advisors, has renewed its lease of 2,947 SF of office space within Imperial Plaza, 6765 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL. Ms. Casey and Ms. Wood represented the landlord, Sterwick Development Corp. The tenant was represented by Scott Shelbourne of Cushman & Wakefield.

             *Francis Stewart CPA, a CPA firm in operation for 11 years, has renewed its lease of 1,983 SF of retail space within Suntree Plaza, 6939 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL. Ms. Casey and Ms. Wood represented the landlord, St. Andrews-North, LLC. The tenant represented itself.

             Colette Wood, Commercial Leasing and Sales, handled the following new lease:

            *Vesta Property Services, LLC, an association management firm, has leased 387 SF of office space within the 1900 Building, 1900 S. Harbor City Blvd., Melbourne, FL. Ms. Wood represented the landlord, Kirit Smart. The tenant represented itself.
