The seller, Albricas, LLC, was represented by Bob Argenti of Florida Trust Realty.

*JDL Technologies, Inc., a technology company, has renewed its lease of 7,045 SF of flex space within Commerce Center Development, 5440-5450 NW 33 Ave., Fort Lauderdale, FL. Ms. Alberts represented the landlord, Commerce Center Development Corp. The tenant represented itself.

Ms. Alberts represented the landlord, Commerce Center Development Corp. The tenant represented itself.
