According to Mr. Dreyer, the food market, which has been in operation for 15 years in Broward County, FL, has leased the North Lauderdale space as an additional location, and selected the property for the neighborhood demographics appropriate for its business. Mr. Dreyer represented the landlord, DT of Fort Lauderdale, LLC. The tenant represented themselves.
Michael Eisner, CCIM, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, was responsible for the following business brokerage sale transaction:
*Fantastic Coin Laundry, Inc. has purchased Charlie’s Coin Laundry located at 5429 N. State Road 7, Tamarac, FL. The retail property is approximately 1,100 SF. Mr. Eisner represented the buyer. The sellers, Daniel and Martha Segura, were represented by Joshua Prager of Keyes Realty.
Helen Weissman, Commercial Associate, negotiated the following leases:
*Prestige Promotions, Inc., a 15-year-old entertainment business, has leased 2,000 SF of industrial space within I-95 Business Center, 20259 NE 15th Ct., Miami, FL for its corporate headquarters. Ms. Weissman represented the tenant. The landlord, Words of Life Fellowship Church, Inc., was represented by J.R. Steinbauer of Steinbauer and Associates.
*Loukan Investigation Inc. / Status Group, a private investigation practice in operation for 10 years, has leased 1,796 SF of office space at the 950 Building, 950 N. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, FL for its corporate headquarters. Ms. Weissman represented the tenant. The landlord, 950 N. Professional Center, LLC was represented by Joe Jarkesy of The Fitzgerald Group.
