Scott Brenner of Brenner Real Estate Group Awarded Court Appointed Receiverships on Coral Springs and Titusville, Florida

CORAL SPRINGS, FL and TITUSVILLE, FL - Brenner Real Estate Group's Scott Brenner, Esq., CCIM, SIOR, RPA, President/CEO, has been awarded a Court Appointed Receivership assignment of a retail property in Coral Springs, FL. *Court-Appointed Receivership  -- The Promenade

On August 2, 2012 in Case No. CACE 12-017674, the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, appointed Scott Brenner as Receiver for The Promenade, a 20,000 SF retail center with seven bays located at 9701-9717 West Sample Road, Coral Springs, FL. As Receiver, Mr. Brenner will oversee marketing and property management. Brenner Real Estate Group’s Wendy Monjaraz, Property Manager and Christen Flory, Property Management Administrative Assistant will provide management services, and the property leasing  will be handled by Roxanna Collins, RPA, Regional Asset Manager, South Florida and Suzanne Lopez, Commercial Associate.

Mr. Brenner will provide Receivership services on behalf of mortgagee Community Bank of Broward, a Florida corporation, which holds the mortgage for ownership 9701, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and City of Coral Springs, Sillato Properties, Inc., Banaszak Concrete Corporation, Causeway Lumber Company, Inc. and seven retail tenants.

*Court-Appointed Receivership  -- Royal Oak Condominiums

On June 29, 2012 in Case No. 05-2010- CA-57724, the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, appointed Scott Brenner as Receiver for Royal Oak Condominiums, a 183-unit residential condominium complex located at 3645 Barna Avenue, Titusville, Florida. As Receiver, Mr. Brenner will oversee the property management firm, TC Property Management Company, LLC. Brenner will provide services on behalf of Mortgagee Transcapital Bank, a Florida corporation, which holds the mortgage for ownership Gesher Development, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and Royal Oak Holdings, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company.

The property consists of 31 buildings, each with five or six units, a community pool and a community playground. The condominiums are in one, two or three bedroom layouts.
