Approximately 35 staff members were involved in the relocation from within Fort Lauderdale. The company will occupy the space in December. Mr. Starr represented the tenant. The landlord, Cypress 6261, LLC, was represented by Barry Podolsky of Podolsky & Associates.
Peter Messina, CCIM, SFR, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, and Michael Eisner, CCIM, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, were responsible for the following lease:
*Trinity Health Care Services, Inc., a home health care business in operation for 17 years, has renewed its lease and expanded into a total of 3,913 of office space within Parkway Professional Building, 6151 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL for its corporate headquarters. Trinity Health Care Services has approximately 15 staff members. Mr. Messina and Mr. Eisner represented the landlord, Dew Properties, LLC and the tenant represented itself.
