It’s not that we are always looking for an excuse for a party... (But as Brenner people... we do know how to party!)
It’s that it is the end of the year, and we wanted to celebrate by providing our tenants with a chance to get to know other companies within our building, take a break, enjoy each other’s company and some good eats!
This past Wednesday, December 16, we held our very First Annual Year End Block Party at Cypress Commons, and it was a huge success!!!
Cypress Commons is our five-building office campus at 1500 W. Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale. The event was held from noon to 2pm, and because we were not going to let the weather affect our good time, we planned for “Rain or Shine” but it didn’t matter! We had the most amazing Florida weather!
We had a huge tent erected in the parking lot. Tenants and the Landlord provided a pot luck meal, including salads and appetizers, desserts, drinks, side dishes and entrees. A car wash service was also available.
Not only did we have over 89 people from over 15 companies come out and enjoy the great food, each tenant also contributed a prize basket for raffle. What a great opportunity to get to know each other’s businesses better! Everyone was having a great time! We had our power couple Betty Geller and Ken Silberling (who are responsible for Cypress Commons leasing) were there to be sure everyone was filling up on year-end excitement.
