On Sunday, December 13 at about 5AM, we (Scott Brenner, Andrea Brenner and Beatriz Suarez) laced up our sneakers on a beautiful fresh morning to represent our company Brenner Real Estate Group in the Weston Rotary Club’s 18th Annual Run for Tomorrow and walked the course. We also were a sponsor of the community run, which featured a 5K and Half Marathon, 1 mile Family Health Walk and a Get Fit Festival. As sponsors we had our own booth and our Vice President of Commercial Brokerage, Michael Eisner was working the booth! Our team of three walked the 5K route and enjoyed the beautiful weather, the smiles, the cheery crowd and had a blast! The event was held at Cypress High School in Weston, FL.
According to the Weston Rotary website, proceeds from the event go to fund three areas of Weston Rotary Club giving:
The Rotary Foundation’s international peace, education, health, and community development programs, in particular, Rotary International's worldwide effort to eliminate polio
Worthy local charitable organizations such as The Harvest Drive, Susan B. Anthony Recovery Center, Alexander “Sandy” Nininger State Veterans’ Nursing Home, Lifenet4Family (fka The Cooperative Feeding Center), HANDY, HOPE Outreach Center and many others
To promote health awareness and a fitness lifestyle for children and adults in our communities
Staff members from our company have participated in the Run for Tomorrow for the past several years. We are glad to support this community program and we look forward to keep sponsoring these kind of events/causes.
What kind of events is your company sponsoring?
