Brenner Investment Properties I, LTD, (BIP) is a $10 million equity raised real estate investment fund consisting of more than 40 investors and led by Brenner Real Estate Group. On January 31, 2005, Brenner Investment Properties I, LTD acquired 100% ownership of three Broward County properties through purchases from Cypress Commons, LLC, 225 North Federal Highway, LLC, and Commercial Station, LLC.
