Brenner Real Estate Group has more than 25 years in business. The decline in the number of banking institutions in the United States that began in the early 1990s has escalated today to include consolidations and decline of some of the country's most solid banking institutions. The subprime mortgage fallout's significant impact on the residential market unfortunately helped open the door for a second era of receivership opportunities. We have taken our years of experience as receiver, developer and full service property management professionals and refocused that experience to work through the existing environment.
